Reply to "Help me with this error PLEASE"

This is happening AGAIN to me - the error I get is "Duplicate shipping services cannot be specified."
I'm using a standard ad that I've used more than 1000 times - I "create similar" and just change the description to match the item.

I filed a support ticket yesterday but no word back yet. Does anyone have any ideas? I can't do anything on Auctiva AGAIN!
