No you should be fine. The gallery is automatically added once you accept the token. The new auctions you put up will use ebay checkout and you will be able to place the gallery where you like in the coding.

As far as current auctions, unless you activated the checkout and then listed thru Auctiva, you will not use the Auctiva checkout.
