Are you still having this problem tlc?
Do you mean that the icons and Auctiva's text is not showing or what you are supposed to have in the description area?

If it is the description area and you click new listing it will be blank. You would need to save a listing with the info you want to keep using and select create similar listing and not new. If it is in fact Auctiva's text, I have not experienced this so I cannot help with that issue.
