Help! Paid for custom template & auctiva kicks me offline when used.

I do not understand...I purchased a custom template and each time I select it to use, I get kicked off of the internet. I contacted the company that created it for me and they said it has to be an auctiva's end b/c they've never had problems with this. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
