Hi Patti, and welcome. That's a pretty broad cry for help! Have you read the FAQs, and studied the Tutorials? These are all accessible via the Help link above. Then, can I suggest you approach this in bite sized chunks, detail each step you are having trouble with (one at a time), let us help you through that, then on to the next one. Auctiva is pretty straightforward once you know what you are doing, so we'll be able to help you on this
