Depends on whether the buyer is a reliable regular or not as to how you approach this.

If an A1 regular put it out on a short Buy it Now and agree a start time so they can snap it up quickly.

If not so good buyer, or low profile, or new buyer, I would just put it out on a standard auction, in that way if they change ~~your~~ their ! mind you loose nothing.
