HELP PLEASE.Images not staying croppped

I have several listings i cant list because the images are not staying cropped or rotated..
once you crop or rotate.. it shows saved image tag but no photo will appear.. when you go back to listing it shows unchanged... if you go to edit again the item is cropped or rotated.. but not in the uploaded images.. and you cant use the image because the gallery picture never show's the changes made..
