I found a solution that worked for me . . .

I went into the store and selected a bunch of FEATURED listings that did not included the relisted items because I recalled in the past that Auctiva said the featured items would get priority over the other listings when showing in the store window.

OR

If you know which items are not showing the image you can make those items HIDDEN and they also will not show any longer.

I know its not the answer to our problem but its a solution that works and I thought i would share
