Hi Community,

Update - We have just implemented a fix for this issue so you should now see the return policy drop down menu when you create new listings in categories for which the return policy option is available.

If you created saved listings while this issue was ongoing and the return policy interface is still not showing up in them, you will still need to reload the category as I described earlier in this thread to get the return policy interface to show up in them though.

If you continue to have problems with the return policy interface not showing up when you create new listings, please let us know by filing a support request using the form on the following page: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
