HELP The scrolling gallery has messed up descriptions on mobile

Every time I look at my listings on the mobile they are all messed up. when you see the description the first thing you see is rows and rows of letters with the name auctiva in there. buyers are not going to keep looking to get to the actual description. Something is wrong here. I wrote to Auctiva and they responded about counters which is not the issue.
