I did exactly as you explained and it does not work. So...guess I send in a support ticket. How's customer service over here in Auctiva land?

Have another question for ya too, wow...I did a search through the forums and according to what I read on listings/photos being automatically imported from eBay, it should all be done within 12 hours.

I originally thought they all came through, but oops I was wrong.

Only 1 of my items from June came through. All the rest are back from the beginning of the year.

Should I send in a support ticket on that too, ya think?
