help with links to my feedback, etc.

Okay, I know I've done this before, but for some reason, I'm unable to find this today. How do I attach a link to say, my feedback, to a listing. My specific problem is this: I have a link to my feedback in my listings on my profile. It's coming through as "See Nonie?s Feedback!" with the question mark instead of an apostrophe. I can't figure out how to change it. Here is an example: 1992 Hallmark Ornament

When I go to manage my seller details, it shows as "View My Feedback" in blue. If I look at the html, it doesn't show the words, "View Nonie's Feedback!"

I know I set this up somewhere...help?
