Hi Nonie,

This particular listing used your seller details profile called "General Details" so I expected to find that rogue apostrophe in that seller details profile when I reviewed your account. However, sure enough, the apostrophe is represented correctly in that seller details profile as well as in the preview of the listings. Did you edit that seller details profile between when you posted this listing and now?

You could potentially correct this problem in any of your active listings that exhibit it by going to the eBay "Revise your Item" form for each item and clicking the tab to view the "Standard" mode of the description editor. You should then see your description exactly how it appears in the listing and should be able to highlight the question mark with your cursor and replace it with an apostrophe.

If you did not modify your seller details profile between when you posted this listing and when I reviewed your account, this is something we'd need to investigate further.
