I moved the tag and added a header. I also changed the code so your description section will load as a bold Arial Font with size "2", like the other text sections.

Edit: I reexamined the pictures and balance of the page. I resized the left side pictures to exactly 600px x 450px (4:3 aspect ratio for uncropped digit cam pic) and adjusted upper and lower sections to exactly 928px for the new IFRAME exact fit geometry. If you want to use a different aspect ratio, I'd stick with the 450px width and adjust height appropriately. Also, it's extremely important to use H and W sizes for images in the code to keep the IFRAME from creating Scrollbars during load (and that's a tip for all those having problems). Make sure you resize your pictures to 600px x 450px to reduce load times.
