Help with Template...pretty please?

Need help from you html experts.
I am attempting to have my header jpg at the top and my footer jpg on the bottom and my background jpg repeated as many times as necessary in the middle.
Unfortunately I have made quite a mess.

I always have problems figuring out how to do this.

Anybody want to tweak the html to look the way it looks in my head?

It looks a little different there because I have used some auctiva codes for the pictures, description & shipping info spots.
