I am hoping you will have time to take a look at one of my listings, and help me figure out why my pictures often look "squashed" - the model looks stumpy, though the pics do not look this way before I upload to Auctiva, and they do not look that way when I preview a listing in Auctiva.

I am at a loss! I did remove 2 columns of pics from the template you and I built, (and using the sizes of thumbnails and the large mouseover pic from another seller's listing); changed the pic sizes in my template to make the pictures bigger. It looked good in preview, but opening a listing in ebay, I was very disappointed to see this result:
