Hi Deb,

The main picture is operating at a fixed 3:2 aspect ratio of 694H x 461W. However, your pictures appear to be cropped to a very thin / narrow aspect ratio of nearly 2:1 with an example of 647H x 347W in this photo:

That's causing the picture to stretch horizontally to fit the frame (like stretching a ballon).

The picture is also cropped shorter at 647px than the viewer at 694px which can cause image pixelation / fuzzyness.

In simple terms....it's a problem with the way the pictures are cropped vs. the design of the template main image and thumbs.
