Donna, that is one crazy story!

But back to the original post...

I only offer one domestic shipping option: USPS Priority. Then I say that I am happy to provide other shipping options at the customer's request. Hardly anyone asks for cheaper shipping. And, there is the added bonus of free boxes and free carrier pickup.
