Hi Agtclady, loveitold was using a legacy auctiva program which you download. There is a paid version still available which offers a bit more items like sales tracking ETC... I cannot remember all that it has as it has been 5 years ago I used it.here is the link if you want to check it out http://classic.auctiva.com/
