Reply to "How Come I Keep Getting "No Tax" Instead Of A State?"

I finally got my listing to post . . . had to go with "No Tax" - have not found what the cause of this error is, or if it is fixed??????

But was able to post.

Anyone with the same problem?
Or maybe able to explain . . . "Operators Error"? Would appreciate a Heads-up as I am missing just what is causing this completely . . .
