How come my pictures are not showing....

Hello all,
I am fairly new to auctiva and was wondering why the pictures show up in the auction/store I have but when I go to revise the photos and try to download better ones, Ebay is showing only one photo, I just want to change the ones I have showing in the store/auction. Delete the bad ones and replace with better.
