How do I change layout after posted on ebay?

Im choked as I had a great layout with a template I chose in the auctiva site. But when I loaded it onto ebay the pics were at the bottom and not in the middle like the preview showed in auctiva. Can someone tell me why this happened?

Also I cannot seem to change the mess it made. I want to move to top and right and not top and bottom. Can someone tell me how to modify layout once saved?
