How do I change the categories in my Auctiva store???

Hi all,

I've been poking around everywhere I can think of, and I've imported my eBay store categories, but nothing I do is getting the categories assigned to my Auctiva store to change. It's driving me nuts! When my store was created, 4 categories automatically appeared (Crafts, Collectables, Phones, Fashion), of which only ONE applies to what I'm selling. How can I change these and use my eBay store categories? I thought that when I'd imported my categories from eBay they would change, but I've been waiting several hours now and still nothing.

Somebody please help!
