Thanks for contributing to our forum. I am not aware of any current technical issues that would explain this behavior but, based on what you have described, it seems likely that your browser may be not be retaining the cookie that allows our system to tell that you have logged in.

The first thing I recommend trying which may resolve this problem is to configure your browser to specifically accept cookies from Auctiva.com, which can be done via the following process in the latest version of the Firefox web browser:

1) Select “Options” from the “Tools” menu
2) Click the “Privacy” tab
3) Select “Use custom settings for history” from the “Firefox will” drop down menu in the “History” section
4) Click the “Exceptions” button next to “Accept cookies from sites”
5) Enter “www.auctiva.com” in the “Address of website” field and click “Allow”
6) Close and reopen your browser to ensure the new setting takes effect
