Hi weezie102,

Welcome back! In order to create a new folder to organize your listings, just mouse over the "Listings" tab within your account, select the "Folders" option in the "Listings" section, click the "Create Folder" button on the ensuing page and then proceed as directed.

On the other hand, if you would like to create a new folder to organize images that you are hosting within your Auctiva account, you can do so by mousing over the "Images" tab, selecting the "Folders" option and creating any new folders you may need in the same manner.
