How do I get my Shipping Profile to show calculated shipping?

OK so I'm new to Auctiva and I'm trying to list my first item using it. I dont want to use flat postage but when I go into my shipping profile it comes up automatically with the Flat rate selected and the only other option I have is pick up. So where is the calculated postage option so I can set it in my shipping profile.
Any help appreciated.
