How do I get rid of unwanted text - delete doesn't work!!??

Hi

I have been trying to customize a template and although I have changed the font I have some text on the right hand side of the template which I cannot get rid of. Item no.26019830544

Also I would like to make all the text left aligned and I cannot get the description to do this.
