Hi again,

Hmmm....here are some quick things I'd check.

Have you passed the Token with eBay US and been able to do prior listings from Auctiva?

Is the Token showing as valid in the Auctiva eBay account settings page?

Is your Auctiva account set default to list to eBay US?

Are you attempting to start a New Listing, or reusing a prior Saved Listing?

Also, which OS and browser are you running? I do know that some have problems with the lister for browser settings or toolbars that block functions.

If everything seems OK, I'd enter a Support Case and ask why you are unable to select listing site/venue for eBay Motors.
