Hi crazytyler34,

It typically takes 6-8 hours for listings posted directly through eBay, or thorugh another listings service, to be imported into yuor Auctiva account and appended with the store window. However, this time lapse can vary based on the number of requests we are processing at any given time.

If more than 12 hours have elapsed, and your listings still aren't imported into your Auctiva account, I recommend filing a support case using the appropriate link on our help page:
