Kryptoknight, and myself were asking how to change the backround color of the entire TEMPLATE (as opposed to just the backround of the text or headings). We did not mean the entire page, i.e. the area outside the template as well. There must be a way because some standard Auctiva templates already have completely non-white backrounds.

On ebay's "revise your listing" page, the description box includes the entire template, not just the "description" portion of the template. Perhaps this semantic confusion is the cause of our seeming lack of agreement.
