I'm a little confused here about the Sellathon counters. I was having problems getting them set up so I wrote to them. Here is a copy and paste of my email along with their reply:

Hello. I used to have an account with Sellathon however I do not anymore. I am currently switching auction management sites and I am planning on using Auctiva. They use your free counters. I am unable to register for the free counters however because it says that my email address already exists in your database. When I try to connect to Sellathon through Auctiva however it says that the account name does not exist. I need for someone to delete my email address from your database so I can use it to register for the free counters through Auctiva.
My username with Sellathon was XXXXX (I think, it has been a while) and my email address is XXXXX.

This is the reply that I received:
The sign up at Auctiva allows users to sign up for a free trial of ViewTracker. There is not a separate free counter system for ViewTracker available at this time.
I have reactivated your previous ViewTracker account as a free trial for 7 days, which is the longest extension I can offer previous subscribers. You can associate this account with Auctiva by logging into their system, clicking on “My Account”, and clicking on “Sellathon Settings”. At the top of the box, there will be a button labeled “Access Sellathon”. Click here, enter your ViewTracker user ID and password (which is included in this message below), and click “Grant Access”. A confirmation page will pop up, on which you should click “Continue to Auctiva”. This will associate your ViewTracker account with your Auctiva account.
Your ViewTracker user information is as follows:
User ID: XXXXX
Password: XXXXX
Our log in page is at http://www.sellathon.com/login.php. Please be sure to include the “www”, as leaving it out will cause the log in process to fail.

So here is my question. If I do not sign up after my free trial period for the paying version of Sellathon will I not be able to include counters in my auctions?
