I am sure their support team is being overwhelmed with the eBay changes to Gallery. No doubt they will get to you, but it might behoove you to keep posted here at the community center. One of the other members might post their response to your issue.

Plus, tonight is Auctiva's maintainence, so a fix might come then. Hard to say.
