How long does it take

Postings not showing up again. I guess I'd really like a reasonable explanation. Something that makes sense. Clikced to post 3 items. One posted. Rec'd confirmations on all 3. Only one is there. Anything that make sense will do. Posted from other third party's and never had this problem. Help? Consistently inconsistent.
