how to access and use "saved revised Auctiva template" ?

Hi.. I have finally figured out how to revise a Auctiva template and save it, but (dah me) now I need to learn how to get to use it?

When I go in to make a new listing the saved revised template is not (anywhere where I can see it) available. How do I get to it to put into a listing?
