You can only get the Relist credit from eBay by using the Relist feature on the Closed Listings page at Auctiva or a Relist at eBay (usual methods there). Note, Auctiva Auto-Relist also qualifies for the credit, when it's applicable.

A listing submission from Saved Listings is treated as a new listing with no prior history (no eligibility for relist credit).

The method JeanieB suggests is done as part of the Relist process at eBay, i.e. use their editor in HTML mode during Relist to update the description section of the listing with Auctiva template. Delete the entire section before you paste to do 100% replacement. Use PREVIEW before you Relist to verify the HTML copy worked. You can also export the code for the Scrolling Gallery and insert on the listing. Use the Scrolling Gallery HTML feature on the Store tab main page to get the code for copy and paste to eBay with the eBay editor in HTML mode.
