IF you cancel a listing in the scheduler, no fee charges. You only get charge if it lists.

If you Import the listing to Saved Listings, it's like any other Saved Listing. eBay doesn't know it's eligible for relist credit, as any submission from Saved Listings isn't a Relist (treated as new listing).

If you need to schedule and the changes aren't possible from Auctiva (more than their limited changes for Relist), it would have to be done as Relist at eBay and scheduled using their scheduler and scheduling fee.

You would need to do the Relist at eBay on the Day-Time you want to avoid a scheduling fee of 10 cents. When I have the problem, I just pay the fee. It's too much hassle to try to have it ready for Relist at the precise day-time and you never know when there might be a problem that blocks getting it done on time.
