How to get rid of the scrolling Auctiva gallery ? !

I tried everything I could find to get rid of this scrolling gallery. I even closed my Auctiva account. It is still there. How do you get rid of it? I am afraid to close my Mr. Poster account (even though I do not use it as it will not work) because I will not be able to access this board.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have been told that loading this is extremely slow on dial-up connections, and business is bad enough without loosing potential customers due to slow loading.
