How to get text centered to the right w/pics to the left

First I don't know anything about html but have managed to put together a template somewhat the way I want it http://www.practiceboard.com/?0 this is the setup i want but without the table boxs if I don't use the boxes then I end up with pics to the left, description to the right and all the rest of the text way down below the pics centered on the whole page.
