Thanks for posting your question here. Provided you did not deselect the "Append Auctiva Scrolling Gallery to my listings" option before generating a token to link your Auctiva account to your eBay account, the scrolling gallery should have been automatically added to all of your active eBay listings when you signed up.

I reviewed a few of your active listings and the scrolling gallery was present in each that I viewed but, based on your message, I assume that you are not seeing the scrolling gallery in at least some of your listings.

Please feel free to contact our Customer Support team about this directly from under the “Help” tab within your account and we will be happy to take a look at any example listings you are able to provide which do not contain the scrolling gallery.
