I have the same issue as well.

I would love for the last image folder to be the default when creating similar ads we well.

Also, the eBay header image and gallery image should automatically default to photo 1.

I have asked support these questions and am currently awaiting a response. I think they are busy dealiong with all the red X's showing up rather than the hosted images.
