In order to offer a shipping discount when a customer purchases multiple items, you will first need to set up a combined shipping discount profile in your eBay preferences. This option can be found under "Shipping preferences" in the "Site Preferences" section of your My eBay page within your eBay account.
Once you have created the combined shipping discount profile you would like to use, you will want to log-in to your Auctiva account, click the "eBay Settings" link under the "My Account" tab, and then click the "Update Combined Shipping Discounts from eBay" button on the ensuing page. This will import your combined shipping discounts into your Auctiva account.
Once you have imported your shipping discount profiles into your Auctiva account, you can apply them to the listing you are creating by checking the box next to "Use my eBay Combined Shipping Rule" in the "Shipping Tools" section. If you have more than one, there will be a drop-down menu next to this box from which you can choose the specific one you'd like to apply to the listing you are creating.
