Reply to "How to save an active listing, as a profile?"

I have searched the auctiva help and forum and cannot figure how to save a listing. I have 600 closed listings and over 70 active listings but few profiles. I would like to save more of my closed listings so I can create similar listings or profiles. Where is that "save" button or function? When can I use it?
