How to switch eBay gallery picture with another one storaged on Auctiva?

Hi, Could anyone tell me how to switch the existing ebay gallery picture with another one from Auctiva image storage? All my pictures in auctiva have been added watermarks but if I replaced with one directly from my PC, watermarks would not be there. Thanks for your help.
