That's a very recent eBay policy change. I haven't yet seen any direct method to provide the choice option in listings creation (other than just stating options in the text description).

Have you actually seen any implementations on an eBay listing? I haven't checked the eBay lister recently, and am wondering if a change is coming to support that capability.
