Jeff,
You are right about the pissing contest. She has sent me 4 more emails with new excuses about why the shoes are not new. I told her in my last email that I would no longer respond to further emails from her. I have not responded to the last 4. I refuse to continue having a battle of wits with an unarmed person. To be honest, I kind of feel sorry for her. My 10 year old can complete sentences better than this person.
