HTML is indeed supported for the description via CSV, and as long as it complies with eBay's policies regarding Active Content, there shouldn't be any specific keywords or functions past the HTML formatting.

I would suggest using a tool such as https://www.practiceboard.com/ or https://www.isdntek.com/ebayto...veContentSandbox.htm to ensure that the HTML appears correctly, and the second tool will check for any potential policy violations on eBay as well.
