i did figure it out actually, thanks for all your help.

i noticed that my image folder contains photos from my current auctions that i did not upload into there. how can i change it so that Auctiva doesn't auto-import my photos?

thanks again. after i got over that initial hump it all started to make sense and i like what i see.
