Unfortunately, without seeing the listings involved, it is difficult to say why some have issue with the updates and others do not - please keep in mind that we can only update active listings that are eligible for revision on eBay, so there may be listings that have older content still in them and please also note that the entire eBay site is not fully updated for this, so there may be references to pages which still require updating.

If you would like us to take a look into your specific listings, please provide some examples of listings that have encountered this difficulty in a support case, which you can file at any time from under the Help tab of the site so we can have a look for you.
