When I made a couple of mistakes in my first month selling on eBay they did refund accidental listing fees, e.g. double listing an item (until I realised that their confirmatuon e-mails CANNOT be relied upon, sometimes you do not get one occasionally two for the same item).

Afterwards even if their fault directly or via Turbo Lister bugs, tough, get lost . . .

P.S. what were you replying to at the start of this thread, you should use the reply option at the end of a thread to reply and not start a new thread.
