I'm no spring chicken, don't let that bother you, just jump in and stir things up, but if you do expect some stick in return all in good if not odd humour

The last few pages should give an idea of the (mental) age of the regulars, but stricttly speaking that don't matter, but a warped sense of humour is an advantage.
